Conservatories & Windows Direct have completed work replacing our old conservatory roof with a new Guardian Warm Roof. They were the Guardian recommended installer of the system and I could not be more pleased. The work done was top quality and the people doing the job were also fantastic from the fitters , plasterer & electrician. I would highly recommend them.

Dealing with Lee and the team at C&W Direct was a pleasure and we are delighted with the end result. It’s a largely family-run business and that shows. Everyone involved were great people to deal with and seemed to genuinely care about the work that they did. There were a few hiccups along the way (not of C&W’s making!) but these were all dealt with promptly and professionally. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a conservatory!

Out of the darkness from windows & conservatories sector we were very, very fortunate to have found C&W Direct Installations.
The whole process for a French Door, from: initial contact, ordering, survey, delivery and installation surpassed our expectations. The agreed dates and times provided were all achieved, by courterious and effecient staff. The doors have made a wonderful transformation to our home, coupled with knowledge the security is of a very high standard.

My conservatory roof developed a leek. Very pleased with the service from my first contact with Emily through Lee to the fitters that attended - Tyrone and Louis who came at the specified time and did the repair in difficult and wet conditions. They cleaned up afterwards and told me to get in touch again if leak persists. The service and experience overall was excellent just like when they fitted the conservatory 8 years ago. I have to wait now to see if leak has stopped. Thank you very much for the prompt visit as water entering the conservatory was a source of stress and was damaging the laminate floor

Brilliant service.Would highly recomend this company.Our conservatory looks brilliant now it's all finished.The fitters were superb.Spotted slight flaw in 2 of the roof panes of glass which we would never have seen.These were replaced with no fuss or bother. Everyone that visits say how the conservatory now sets off the garden and added space.Its now our favourite room in the bungalow

After a leak in my conservatory two very good repair team who inspected and found the fault then arranged a date to come and repair the conservatory, the date arranged we were unable to attend as we were away, they were left keys and were able to repair the fault left no mess and phoned to say the repair was complete. nice to find a service like this.

I have been impressed with this window /conservatory business from the first telephone call with Adam I cannot stress enough the excellent customer service! Adam really helped us to see what could be done. Almost immediate return of calls- appointment were all kept and made so quickly, the two surveyors were also very good and helpful ! Even the delivery lads were great they put the door in a safe place and took care in doing it. The fitters came and were delightful! They worked hard and with experience and expertise! The door was fitted so quickly. They were incredibly clean and tidy in their work. They left our property and not one piece of debris or rubbish was left behind! I am truly impressed with this company and 100% recommend!
So thank you Lee from the office who also has very good customer service for arranging such a flawless job!!

We are delighted with our conservatory from C&W direct, everything has been so easy right from the first meeting with Lee, every one has done a superb job, always on time, polite and respectful always, Jim the builder and his team were great, even going the extra mile coming back to remove left over building materials, the fitter's were speedy and finished in two days.
All in all I would definitely recommend C&W direct, a first class job.

Conservatories & Windows Direct have just completed work on our house, and we can’t recommend them highly enough.
Our old barn provided the team with a few challenges, but their solutions and suggestions ensured an amazing finished job.
Our fitters (Jack & Mitch) completed the installation with no damage at all (something I’d been dreading)
A houseful of new windows was a scary prospect, but we really needn’t have worried.
C& W advised and guided us every step of the way.
